It's Tamra writing this as we are all sitting at the house waiting on the Super Shuttle to arrive. We have just over 30 minutes until it's expected arrival. The last 12 days have gone by with a mixture of emotion.
Yesterday we had a great time of prayer and praise with a group of friends that came to see us off. It was wonderful to share in a few praise songs led by Floyd and Kim, and then to have our friends pray over us and lift us up to Abba Father.
This morning we ran our last errands and then went to pick up Kim and her luggage. We all went to lunch four our last meal in America. I think we're all stuffed, even though we couldn't even eat everything. I'll spare you the pics, but we had quite an American fare. Floyd had chicken fried chicken, Raegan had grilled pork chops, Troy had fried shrimp, Tyler has bacon cheese fries, and Kim and I both had an amazing Fried BBQ Chicken salad (it was wonderful) at Cotton Patch. Our waiter was wonderful and we enjoyed the time together.
As many of you know, my sister had a baby boy on January 4th; which makes him 5 months old now. While we will miss all of our family and friends, I think about missing him the most because I know he will grow exponentially in the 2 months we're gone. That's just what babies do. If you're familiar with the book, "Flat Stanley" then you'll have an understanding of where my sister got her great idea. We're taking Flat Aidan with us to Uganda.

Here's real Aidan with Raegan at dinner last night. |

We're definitely going to miss that boy and so many others! The next time we update, we'll either be in London or Uganda!!! Until then, Mukama Akuwe Omukisa! (Glod bless you!)
May we bring Him glory!!!
